The Humans Leading podcast crossover post
4

Hi everyone!

Welcome to an experimental crossover experience- sharing an episode of the Humans Leading podcast via Substack.

This won’t be an every episode occurrence because, for now, I would like to keep my newsletter mostly about writing. But, I’m bringing this episode here this week because I think it will land particularly well for the people I know read this newsletter regularly.

Thanks for reading Humans Leading! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.

This week’s episode is called “You Can Do Anything, Not Everything” which is a nod to a recent reminder I’ve had to give myself as I discovered (again) that I’m working too much.

If you’ve ever experienced (or are currently experiencing) working too much, this episode is for you.

As a high achiever, it's understandable to find yourself feeling overworked and possibly overwhelmed related to taking on too many responsibilities and having competing priorities. It's easy to lose track of yourself, your values, and your own needs in the process, and this often contributes to burnout.

If you're feeling overworked, join me to begin to identify ways that you might take one-degree turns toward the life you'd rather be living.

If you are looking for other episodes of the podcast, you can find them on your favorite platform or here.

I have several upcoming guest episodes that I think you’ll enjoy, and I’d love to hear what topics would be helpful for you. If you have expertise in wellness, burnout, or any other topics relevant to growth-oriented high achievers, reach out via the comments or email to pitch yourself: lifeandpicu@gmail.com. I’m always on the lookout for great people to have a conversation with.

I’d love to hear what you think of this episode and about your own experience with creating the life you want. Feel free to share this episode with someone who might find it helpful.
