"Burnout whispers first," hit me like a rock thrown from an unseen bystander today. I literally had to sit down and evaluate why the entire list had to be done today. It didn't. In fact what I needed more than anything was working on nothing that was on the list.

So so true. I was busy rushing with house chores today and felt stressed keeping up. Snuck out to the garden shed - meditated for 5 minutes then all well. Thanks for the reminder I'll drop link to this in my newsletter tomorrow.

I like the parasympathetic recovery list with diff times and suggestions. When I taught yoga I found that 5 min could work miracles on the parasympathetic

I'm so thankful that 5 minutes can make such a difference. Sometimes all I have is 5 minutes. I am also thankful for homeopathic Ignatia Amara and Aurum Metallicum. Life's edges really gouge sometimes (often), and I feel the need to recalibrate.
