More people do need to hear this, and need to hear that it's ok to ask for help. What I've noticed is that you're never alone, people are so willing to help. Unfortunately still too many people feel they can't share how they feel or they need to "suck it up" or "toughen up".
Absolutely. There are so many people willing to help. Asking for help can be really tough, but it’s easier if we start letting go of the idea that we need to be perfect or “tough.”
